The deadline for online registration will be Sunday January 17th, 2010 at 9:00pm EST
Refund request must be in writing and received at Diamond Billiard Products, Inc., 4700 New Middle Rd., Jeffersonville, IN 47130 by January 18, 2010.  All refunds will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.  The registration fee will not be refunded. 

All refunds will be processed after February 28th, 2010.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Tickets will be held at the Tournament Office located in the Horseshoe Casino and Hotel  and can only be retrieved with a valid photo ID such as a state ID, driver's license or passport.
