It is not unusual for professional players with financial acumen and business write-offs to complain about the size of entry fees in the relation to prize money potential or size of purse. Entries received the day of draw will incur an additional $25 charge.

Due to the Buy-In Option Format Prize Money pay out will be a minimum of 64 players or a maximum of 1/3 of

the field.

The deadline for online registration will be Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 6:00pm EST

 

Refund requests must be in writing and received at Diamond Billiard Products, 4700 New Middle Rd., Jeffersonville, IN 47130 by January 17, 2012. All refunds will be charged a $25 cancellation fee plus the registration fee.

All refunds will be processed after February 27th, 2012.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Tickets will be held at the DCC Tournament Office located in the Horseshoe Casino and Hotel and can only be retrieved with

a valid photo ID, such as a State ID, driver's license, or passport. Tickets will be available starting January 19, 2012.
